1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pure Good Health Massage website and your receipt of massage therapy services from Pure Good Health Massage ("we," "us," or "our") in Los Gatos, California. By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book services.

2. Our Services

We provide therapeutic massage services performed by a CAMTC-certified massage therapist. Massage therapy is provided for relaxation, stress relief, and general wellness purposes. It is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and we do not diagnose illness or injury or prescribe treatment.

3. Health Information and Suitability

• Please consult your physician before booking if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, recent injury or surgery, or any other concern that could make massage inadvisable.
• You agree to disclose relevant health conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications before your session, and to inform the therapist immediately of any discomfort during a session.
• We may decline or discontinue service if, in the therapist's judgment, massage is not appropriate for your condition.

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals

• Cancellation policy: we require at least 48 hours' advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice, and missed appointments ("no-shows"), may be charged up to the full price of the scheduled service.
• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the scheduled time and will be charged at the full session rate.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically when you book.

5. Payment

Payment is made at the time of your appointment. We accept Zelle, Venmo, and cash. Payment details are provided at your appointment. Prices listed on this website may change; the price quoted at booking applies to your session.

6. Professional Conduct

All services are strictly professional and therapeutic. Inappropriate remarks, requests, or behavior of any kind will result in immediate termination of the session, with the full service price charged, and refusal of future service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Minors

Clients under 18 may receive services only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who may be required to be present during the session.

8. Website, Booking, and AI Chat

Our contact form, booking calendar, and chat assistant are provided through BallerWorks, a third-party platform. Your use of those features is also described in our Privacy Policy.

The chat assistant on this site is an AI assistant, not a human. It may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Information it provides is general in nature and is not medical, legal, or professional advice; appointment details are only confirmed through the booking confirmation you receive.

9. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Pure Good Health Massage or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our permission.

10. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

Massage therapy can involve physical contact, pressure, and stretching. By booking a session, you acknowledge the general risks associated with massage and confirm that you have disclosed relevant health information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
